Meet and Greet    A complimentary 30-minute visit for us to meet each other and discuss your needs, your pet’s needs, our services and prices, and determine if we'd be a good fit for each other.

Paperwork/Forms    Once our Meet and Greet is scheduled, log in to your account at https://www.timetopet.com/portal/happy-little-rascals to print out a few documents you’ll need for our meeting.  You can find these documents in the “Docs” tab at the top of the page or by scrolling down and finding the PDFs listed on the right side of the page.  Please fill out your information to have ready to go over at our upcoming Meet and Greet.

Lock Boxes    Happy Little Rascals will need access to your home and has a policy of using lock boxes.  It’s preferred that 2 keys to the home be placed in the lock box to help avoid any unexpected lock-out situations (key breaks in keyhole, etc).

The lock box can be hung on a door (easy on and off) or placed in an easily accessible spot on the outside premises.  There is a $20 deposit for the lock box, which is fully refundable upon termination of services and return of lock box in the same condition as received, minus usual wear and tear.

Pet Sitter's Insurance Requirements    Because of our insurance coverage requirements, scheduled pet sitting visits can’t be “shared” with friends, family or neighbors (i.e. no one else should be present during the time of our scheduled visits).

Depending on the circumstances, you may be charged full price for the scheduled visit if pet sitter must leave in order to comply with these requirements (even if the visit was not completed or not started).

Emergency Veterinary Treatment    Should any of Pet Owner’s pets require emergency veterinary treatment, we’ll make every effort to contact you. If unable to be reached, we’ll take appropriate actions, including obtaining veterinary care. Pet Sitter, however, is not responsible for any veterinary fees that result from this action.

Cancellations    It’s preferred that Pet Owner cancel services at least 24 hours in advance or you may be charged the full amount for the services.

Payment    Payment for scheduled services is payable in advance, before or upon the first day of scheduled services.

You’ll receive an invoice via e-mail and may pay the following ways: (1) Pay securely online or (2) Leave cash or check for Pet Sitter upon arrival to 1st scheduled service visit of the week (payable to Happy Little Rascals).
